Which countries do you ship to and how much does shipping cost?

1. The cost of shipments depends on the weight and volume of the package, the destination Country, and the type of courier. But stander delivery costs to UK its around £3.00-£5.00 and other European destinations are between £5.00 – £19.00

How long will my order take to arrive?

 Delivery times depend on the country of delivery and the courier selected. Express courier shipments are delivered within 48 hours of shipment. Other non-express shipments are usually delivered within 2 – 7 working days. 

How can I track the shipment of my order?

 For shipments with DHL, it is possible to obtain the tracking code but normally we update all our customers within delivery status of all orders by email notification. Otherwise please contact us by click on link CONTACT.

What happens if the recipient is absent at the time of delivery?

1. With DHL, depending on the service chosen, the courier will try 3 times to deliver or take the products to a collection point where the recipient can pick up the order.
2. All couriers, in case of non-delivery, leave a notice for the recipient with instructions on how to proceed to collect the package.

Do shipping costs include VAT?

No, shipping costs are exempt from VAT. VAT if applicable, will be included in the order

What documentation do you provide for Extra EU shipments?

For extra EU shipments, we provide the Invoice with Customs Commodity Codes (Tariff Number) and the customs declaration documentation.
